NVIDIA Detonator Drivers Comparison

Conclusion

None of the drivers tested exhibited any obvious bugs. Compatibility was never a problem either; gone are the days when you needed one detonator to run one game & a different one for another game.

Both Windows 2000 and Windows9x/Me users can rest happy if they have 12.90 detonators installed. Whilst not the fastest in Windows 2000/Quake III Arena, they were the fastest in everything else.

Lastly, thanks goes out to David Golnabi for sending me the 21.81 drivers at a time when nVidia, Guru3d & 3D Chipset were all too bogged down with traffic.
