For any of the athletes out there, I have a mini-review of the Fast Freddie Clif Shot! I got the sample at the FF table during the San Francisco Grand Prix. For those of you who don’t follow professional cycling very closely, Freddy Rodriguez is a 3-time U.S. Pro Cycling champion.

This particular sample has 100mg. of caffeine (the same amount as one cup of coffee). I must say that it tastes rather odd, and wish that Clif would consider weakening the taste, mainly because it is actually a little bit hard to eat.
