My AVG scanned a Virus identified as Win64/Patched.A, C:\WINDOWS\System32\services.exe
but i cannot delete it. everytime i try, my laptops restart automatically...

Broni, I have come here with issues in the past and you have helped me fix the issues in a reasonably good time. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to take over my new issue as Dragonmaster jay isn't available as often as you. My kid would really like to get on his laptop soon. Hi Broni..... I need some help, using windows vista home premium firefox is constantly redirecting and extremely slow. I have Norton 360 but it hasn't detected any virus, malware, etc. But I know there is definitely some kind of bug or virus. Hi Broni If possible I need help fixing mycomputer. I believe it has the wgsdgsdgdsgsd virus but there could be far more issues than just this. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I've been following some of your tuts here in the forum - very cool of you to help out. Daly City, huh? Used to live in Vacaville, applied to a gig working for Daly City back in the day.
