Hello Broni! I was reading a previous thread that you helped someone with on Microsoft security essentials. This person had a customer that has a trojan Allureon virus that MSE was trying to remove unsuccessfully. I have that same problem but am not sure the instructions would be the same. May I humbly ask for your help on this?

Hi Broni, as a member of the Malware team here I am sure you can answer this.

I recently graduated from Malware training at SpywareHammer and would like to ask that my profile and permissions be upgraded to work in the Malware forum, who do I ask and could you send a link to there profile.

      Many thanks,
      Mark.

Broni..I have a computer that has "rootkit.zeroaccess in the TCP/IP stack" identified by combofix .. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, & rerun combofix 7-8 times, and still get the message . The internet works fine.... My question is, should I still worry about this "rootkit.zeroaccess in the TCP/IP stack" message in combofix, and if so, what would you recommend for next steps... PS I did uninstall all AV protection

Just wanted to say thanks for replying to my initial post for help on the crypt virus and apologies for disappearing but I wasn't very well after that and I didn't log on for days.
