Hi. My name's Ricardo. I'm brazilian and i've just joined this forum and I hope that you can help me. My windows has been crashing 4 or 5 times a day, not everyday, not at the same point. Sometimes crashes when is booting, sometimes when is rebooting, and sometimes while i'm working, or playing, or just doing nothing at the desktop. So, i'm looking for more information and I heard about the minidump files. So i open the windows' minidump folder and found 3 files. Can I send it to you by windows messenger or e-mail and ask you to read then and try to help me? Please, I dont know how fix this sittuation. My computer is a AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+, MB ASUS A8N-SLI Premium, GPU GeForce 6800 GS, 2x 1GB Corsair DDR400, the System HDD is Sata and there is other 2 HDD of 250GB, one is Sata II and other is PATA.
