        Thanks for the support. I originally started the article in 2007-08 for publication on another site (or Freepress), but it ended up being fairly large. Adding the info since '08 ballooned the article length to ~44000 words (+ a GPU database and historical marketshare graphs). It has been pared down and edited heavily which allows for publication here.
