Yea i have been playing it. I got the A week in Paradise mod and you get axes and crap its a good stress reliever! I can get it to 3.2GHz but my ram is what is holding me. But a 1Ghz overclock is fine for me. I can run postal 2 perfect w/o lag to start with but i o'clocked and ran it at 3Ghz and still ran stable. Im very impressed. I might be getting a 22" Acer or hp flat screen for christmas.....i need to get a job and graphics card first. lol So how have you been?

Oh i c! Yea there is no way i can run it there on stock cooling.....i ran orthos for like a min and the load temp was at 66C. But i think it will go higher than 3GHZ to probably 3.3GHz....For a budget build it is pretty impressive! Um i got a question for you. Have you ever played postal 2?

Check out my new pic. I got my e2180 to 3GHz stable!!! I'm not going to run it at that. I just wanted to see if i could and it did. My idle temp at 3.0GHz is 39-40C. Can't run it at full load Bcause the stock cooler just won't cut it. lol

Yea i just watched some hd movies just a little while ago.....i could never even attempt it on my old rig! And i got 50% load when looking at a 720p vid. That is sooo awesome! Well that's great!! So you got you a new monitor?

Thanks for those great recommendation Mike. Out of all those, Blood+ was superb. Easy to get into and good action sequences too. Thanks again and lemme know about any more action-oriented anime series.

Yikes! Were you using AS5 though? It's conductive, so if any got in contact with the mobo or socket, it would fry the CPU. I recommend using Tuniq's TX-2 instead as a better and cooler alternative, though it may cost you more than the AS5. Cheers Obi, and may I also suggest the Samsung 226BW over that Acer monitor? I hope you get your new CPU ASAP. :)

Oh wow! Yea i can't wait to upgrade my system! But my only problem is the on the new mobo there is only 1 Ide channel so my hdd and dvd burner will be on the same one.....so decrease in speed. I'm asking this in curiosity but isn't the opteron a server processor?
