1.5Volts, theres a diff??

how in the sam hill do you find out if a Video card is 1.5 volts?? My Soyo Dragon V2.0 requires a 1.5V video card.. I had a NVidia card it wouldn't work with.. I got a 25 dead president ATI and it works.. I'd really like to have a better card than the one i have instaled.. I really don't wanna waste the money on a dead end card for the motherboard i have.. Any suggestions??

A 1.5 card has two notches in the connector part so you have three runs of gold connectors instead of a short and a long one.
