137GB limit

I can`t get my computer in XP sp2 show the right GB on my 250GB seagate disk it´s only shows 127GB, I downloadet the fix in registret from seagate homepage but the problem still there. My motherboard is Asus P4P800S-E deluxe and in bios it`s says the disk is 250GB.
