1800xp not up to speed

Took this motherboard and cpu and put it in another case from upgrading another system. Runs fine when at 100 fsb but when
set to 133 fsb it may or may not go into windows and if it does
it will freeze up. Tried many settings in bios so do not believe in
bios. Has a video card that worked with this MB, tried different ram, has a amd OK power supply, MB is a MSI k7t266 Pro 2. The OS is xp pro. Any ideas would be appreciated thanks.

are you sure the ram is the same? maybe in the 2nd system its not capable of 133fsb speeds.

I used the original ram that was on the MB in the first place. But
I tried other ram to see if that was the problem.
