  1. 19" LCD Monitor jittery problems

I got a new Benq FP91G+ 19" LCD monitor today, and after i installed the driver and restarted the computer, the monitor started acting odd. I have a Radeon 9600 video card w/ both a DVI and D-Sub output.

The monitor is acting weird in that when i drag windows, say an open folder window in explorer, it does not drag smooth, its choppy and looks bad. Also i have all menus using the fade effect and it takes over a second for the menus to display when using this. I wouldnt say its a refresh problem, but i have no idea how to describe the problem i have. I've tried both DVI and D-Sub connections and both look the same.

Could it be a problem with my video card settings?

Try re-installing your video card drivers.

Choppy window movement and choppy scrolling (in programs like Word and Internet Explorer) usually happen to me when Windows is using its own basic video drivers instead of the ones provided by the video card manufacturer.
