2 Rams having different bus speed!!

Hi friends,
My system have two numbers of 256MB Ram (DDR 266)
Recently I purchased one 512MB Ram (DDR 333)
This Ram bus speed is different from my old Ram bus speed.If I attach this to my system,shell i get optimum(100%) Ram capacity will update or not? What is the result?
Note:
Processor is P4 with 2.4
Mother board is Intel 865 GBF

Please do not post twice about the same thing, it annoys people.
If you put different speed memory together, they will work (IF they work) only at the speed of the slowest (266 in your case).
