220 volts through my monitors ground plug!

  1. The was a broken plug in the socket and the power cord to my monitor, the ground plug hit it and sparked!

The result, I have a dark green screen, the rest of the computer seems to work fine. Menu button on my monitor, when that pops up it has all the proper colors.

What I have, cheap Dell 3100 Dimension, with integrated video card.

    How to fix?
    Can it be fixed?
Would a video card (for PCI Express x1) actual fix the problem?

    Any info would be helpful!

Test the monitor on another computer. If it works normally, get the new video card
