If your running a Windows XP Computer, the first error is due to an IP conflict. Go to Start>control panel>Network Connections and right click on your ethernet card. Go to Properties and the click TCP/IP and hit properties. Make sure your IP and Subnet is correct. (your subnet should be 255.255.255.0). That and what kind of IP range are you on?! lol

As for the second error is most likely if you installed IE 7 recently, uninstall it and re install.

group policy is something to do with networking and security. Possibly related to your first error.
