Problems:
1. "Windows can't check for updates" per icon in lower right corner of desktop.
2. Norton Internet Security icon doesn't display in lower right corner of desktop.
3. Norton Internet Security won't run when double clicked or opened. It does run in the background and on Internet Explorer's toolbar.
4. I don't know if I should just use Norton above or use the recommended individual programs for anti-virus & firewall & scans.
5 User Account Control is annoying and I don't remember how I turned it on so I can turn it off.
6 I am trying to install H&R Block's "At Home" program (was TaxCut). That's how this whole thing started. I am getting Error 1935 An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {76C3F0F6-9B9D-35DA-81C6-CA8A88CC93CA} HResult: 0X800736FD.
