    3Dfx Resolution,,all better

    I have a VooDoo3 2000 PCI card the card is working but i cant get anymore than 640X480 im wondering if DirectX version would cause this problem,I have looked for the latest driver but still no change. I have Dx8.1 currently.

    turns out i needed to change monitor from default to what the monitor actually is. DUH!!!

    Hello Raiders,

    I am owner of 3dfx Voodoo3 2000 PCI 16 meg, My suggestion, go to www.3dfx.com and enter the VoodooFiles, download the latest driver, OpenGL driver and a beta of WickedGL.

    ALso you should download and install Directx 9.0b.

    If you can change the refresh rate, my suggestion, 800*600, 60, 70, 75, 85hz (depend on your monitor)
    and 1024*768 at 60hz
