5 Port USB 2.0 PCI carrd

    Hi
    I have a 5 port USB2.0 card. The problem is that when ever i attatch any USB 1.1 device it work fine. However whenever I plug in ANY USB2 device it simply does not work. I get one of three things happening:

    1. Error message - windows does not recognise your device

    2. Error message - your device malfunctioned

    3. Nothing happens at all.

    This is very frustrating. can anyone tell me that whats goig on.
    I have checked that card on two differnt systems and the result is same
    In Device Manager it appear as "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller which shows that i properly installed but not workig with USB2.0 devices
    Any Idea

    I am runnnin Windows XP and i have tried that card on two desktops PCs bith running Win XP service Pack 2
