5000 reports of "vsfoceoqreqrdp.dll"

This thing keeps popping up no matter how many times I run the 8 Steps. This Trojan called "c:\\Windoes/system32/vsfoceoqredp.dll" is driving me absolutely nuts. How do I get rid of it once and for all?
