$6000 computer just built myself memory dump blue screening

I fixed it AGAIN, and once again it was the stupid fans, hopfully this fixes it for good, will keep everyone updated
 
Hasn't bluescreened yet but has gone back to only having 6GB usable memory, i think there is a voltage issue
 
Are you serious that no1 here picked up that the voltage on the ram was too high for the motherboard
