Running Windows 10 and a ASUS nVidia GeForce 970 - A few months back I was running a DVI as my main monitor and a HDMI as my second (duplicate) monitor, somewhere along the lines my displays would go black if I was using them at the same time, so now I have to unplug one THEN plug in the second display to use it.
Want to use HDMI and I'm using DVI? Unplug DVI, Plug in HDMI same goes for the vice-versa. If I do not unplug first, Both displays goes black (replugging does nothing) and I have to restart to fix.
I have had this issue for months, I have reinstalled drivers, updated, downgraded countless times, I have used DDU to completely uninstall and reinstall drivers, I have physically removed the GPU and reinstalled it.
