I have joined TS a long time ago, but for a long while have been confined to a single thread of interest (The PCI video card thread). Recently I began posting all over the place and found this too.

So, my name is Lev, and I am 26 years old. I am a B.Sc Computer Science student. I work for Intel as a firmware developer in the LAN Access Division. I do most of my programming in Assembly or C/C++.

I am a long time hardware enthusiast, having owned over 30 different computer systems over the past 16 years, starting from a 80286 with a monochrome display, and I have custom-built all my computer systems (except for laptops) since I was 13 years old.

I am looking forward to participating in the community !
