    Hello Techspot!

    I'm new here but need a little help with my laptop.

    It has slowed down considerably, and also a website called A.doginhispen has appeared in my history, when i never went there. I have looked at other posts, but really need personal help, for i had a whole lot of trouble. I don't know what info i need to give you, or how to get it so i would really appreciate instructions.

    Evil malware.
    Use your antispyware to try a scan, then IMMEDIATELY shutdown after the scan. And cold boot to SAFE MODE where you scan again.

    I did use 4 or 5 different programs to scan, and o onlt got cookies, but should i still go to safe mode? What is the point of safe mode?
