    Hi, everyone! I'm looking for suggestions on a good GIF maker... which program do you recommend?

    If the program is free, then it's better! Of course. :)

    Uhm.. MS Paint, "Save As..", select GIF.

    Really, virtually any picture editor will let you create GIF format files.
