  1. It would help us to help you, if all new members would fill in their system specs (specifications) in their user profiles.

You can do this by clicking on the user profile at the top of any page. Go to User Profile > Edit profile > Set "System Specs" to YES, then add your system specs information and you are done!

Specs we need to know are as follows.

    Mobo (motherboard) make and model.

CPU (central processing unit) make and model.

    Sound card make and model.

Video card (graphics card) make and model.

How much ram (memory) you have.

Hard drive make model and capacity.

What psu (power supply unit) you have. You may need to open your case and look at the label on the psu itself to answer this.

    Optical drives (cd-rom's/cd-rw's/DVD-rom's/writers etc)

Operating System. This is as simple as if you have Windows XP, Vista, MAC OS, Linux etc.

If you don't know your system specs, that's not a problem.

You can download either the free Everest program from HERE or the free SIW program from HERE. Both these programs will give you lots of info about your system.

I also suggest you read SNGX1275's Guide to making a good post/thread.

    Thank you very much.

    Regards Howard :)
