Until recently this was a great running machine. I realized I had a problem when Battlefield VietNam kept putting my display to lowest settings
because it says I had only 256mb ram, or half of what is installed. I tried placing the memory modules in all of the combinations of slots and the post screen will differentiate between single and dual channel mode depending on slot combinations but will still only recognize 256mb. I even tried some old pc2100 (with correct bios settings for the ram). First, a 512mb module alone and then with a 256mb stick, it still only reports 256mb either way.
I know my ram is fine because it works as it should in my other A7n8X board. Thank you for any ideas.
