A7V133 Ultra100 Bios will not boot

    Ultra bios 100 would not boot after I swapped to a 450 watt PS. It is hard to believe as all DC voltages were within tolerance, but without a CRO I could not check AC components.I changed back and forth 5 times and would only work with original power supply . It is now stable again and would like to hear any explanation.
