    outlook xp, but i just fixed it. Was sooooooooo simple i overlooked it. I receintly added a wireless router but didn't change settings in "pc-cillin" fron cable to wireless setting. Hope this helps someone else!! Mike H.

    still cant get email for activation--sent it several times--when you go to other sections [as it suggests] it loops you back with no ability to contact the site-hh
