Activision over the weekend teased the next entry in the Call of Duty franchise with plans for an official unveiling on Monday. Update: The next Call of Duty is 'Infinite Warfare' and it's coming November 4th, check out the official reveal trailer here.

It all got started on Friday with an update to the Nuk3town map in Black Ops III and the introduction of a new logo on shirts shown off by high-profile Twitter users including Astros' pitcher David Price and the band We Came As Romans.

On Saturday, the official Call of Duty YouTube page dropped a teaser clip entitled Know Your Enemy followed by another clip on Sunday. Accompanying the second video was a puzzle that directed people to a Facebook Messenger chat bot. Once solved, the code points to tomorrow’s big reveal which is set to debut at 9 a.m. PDT.

This year’s game is currently in development at Infinity Ward, the studio responsible for the popular COD: Modern Warfare variants. Activision filed trademark applications with the United States Patent & Trademark Office on April 26 for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Infinite Warfare. A trademark application is no guarantee that a game of that title is on the way but it’s certainly worth considering, especially since no other potential game names have been tossed around to date.

In related news, EA has confirmed that it’ll reveal the next Battlefield game on May 6 at 4 p.m. EDT.

Teases new Call of Duty graphics mode. The game is going to be exactly the same as the last 4 entries.

Buy our new Call of Duty - Version 1012! It will have two new never seen before weapons (we had to make them up, used everything real in history to now) and we fight on the moon this time! All for only $199!!! Don't miss the season pass which will include all of the DLCs which normally retail for $49 each! Each one includes a new skin to show off in multiplayer! (and nothing else, maybe a new map no one will play because no one else will buy the pack).

Please give us money for this crap!!!

Seriously, I enjoyed the single player missions for many versions of the game. But when you release new ones every 6 months, it gets a bit ridiculous to even try multi-player. That's not including dealing with any cheaters anyhow. I stopped with CoD a LLOONNGG time ago.

I agree with you. After CoD MW I called it a day but people still seem to love it, I guess that's why they keep tossing the same old crap in a different wrapper out of the door year after year after year after year...
