Adobe Creative Cloud has already been cracked

Well there is a body erected to protect software company and such but how come there is nobody to protect the children of parents. Think about it how game company erodes our society by creating these game playing zombies who end up living in their parents basement playing games for 12 hours strait and staring at screens watching stupid youtube videos. These should be also class action law suits. We always sue for injury how about injury of the mind and intellect.
Game company and broadcast companies make zombies in out society and spend billions on research into social and psychiatry on how to hook and advertise or captivate audience through subliminal hypnosis. These disable large percent of our society into doing nothing with their lives. Television is the biggest destroyer. It makes you action free. When things happen you just stare without action thinking it is a movie. Why do you think when there is a mass shooting not many take action for we think it is not real just a movie for we are so used to watching instead of action.

So do you think that Adobe is subverting the youth of America through subliminal messages inside Photoshop?

Myself, I've never heard a mass murder being committed because of "acute Photoshop overdose". But, I freely admit that once in a while I miss the evening news.

And BTW, I hated to quote you, because that gives you more exposure. But, if I didn't, nobody would know what the hell I was talking about.

I mean, imagine my confusion when I encountered this militant rant that virtually has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

But honestly, you're up in arms about Adobe being Adobe, and you're really not disproving what I said earlier.

  1. If you don't believe is what companies are doing don't buy their product. Hell, tell others to do the same!
  2. Support the devs that offer you great products by paying for said products. Easy no?
  3. Don't kid yourself if you're pirating software. You're being a tightarse and hurting the dev. There are plenty of cheap and free alternatives to every game/software/tv show. If you can afford to help them you should.
OK, Adobe already publishes their own defense against Adobe. It's called, "Adobe Photoshop Elements". It sells for $100.00, but comes free with many popular items of photographic hardware.

Since most of the imbeciles that are pirating Photoshop, don't need it, and likely don't know how to use its advanced features anyway.

In this case, those people who stole it were never going to buy it anyway.

Some people with a genuine interest interest in protography overall will get Elements @ no cost.

After that, this is just another endless diatribe about, "cybermorality", which should at least be saved until Sunday, since that's the only day that even a small percentage of the population gives a flying snot about morality anyway.

Ok, here's some food for thought, I figured to myself. You know? It's time that I buy myself an actual legit copy of Adobe Photoshop and hopefully its "CS7". Then I goto adobe.com today, AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW. Adobe no longer has any actual software download of previous versions that I can purchase. Yes, I can go into a best buy or electronics store and purchase a copy. But now I know I will no longer be able to upgrade without having a monthly ****ing subscription. Guess I will just torrent CS6 again and say ****ing hell done with it. Honestly, to be a student and need to learn so that I can get a degree in design or art, or whatever the hell else. I will not pursue this degree. It's almost exactly the same as saying something along the lines of, "You must have 4 years of experience in such & such field" in order to be considered for this job. You're just pushing the little man down more so that you can continue in your journey of "Fat White Man Syndrome" tales or whatever the **** else. Yeah, your company needs to be profitable and make money. But please tell me the time, in the last 20 years, that your company has not been profitable? I think you should still offer both the cloud version and the download version I.e. I can purchase an international unlocked iPhone and use it on any international carrier, without needing to purchase another iPhone. Someone @ Adobe got fired.

My objection isn't that I shouldn't have to pay for the software. That is, after all, what business is about...profits. I've always felt that Photoshop and other Adobe software has been overpriced, considering that there are a lot of freelancers and freelance wannabes out there...it's kind of killing their ability to compete, unless they come from money. The poor folk can't afford to get started, which is a shame. Even if they know how to use the software and all its intricacies.

There are free software options: Gimp (which is convoluted, and not as good in my humble one), and there's a dumbed down version as a Chrome app, even...not Photoshop, but it gives the basics. And a newbie could use those, but the product they come up with will not be as good, because it does lack some of the special things Photoshop and the other Adobe packages put in.

And yes, the developers might be making quite a bit of money per annum. They have earned it, having spent money and experience on education and the like...certifications and such. Schooling and knowledge isn't cheap.

But Adobe has always made it cost-prohibitive for the average user. Which has been why so many people have resorted to piracy. If you want to have a chance at getting a freelance business started, you pirate now and buy when you can. That's how many folk have seen it. And while I don't support piracy, I can understand that viewpoint.

Now it's worse. They're charging you 50 dollars per MONTH. That is $600 per YEAR to use their software. Then we add on the number of years you use it for. Planning a business to last 25 years? You've now paid $15,000 to use the software. Yes, it gets upgraded...but let's be real. An average person who buys the software doesn't upgrade every time. They tend to skip 3 or 4 upgrades. Upgrading once every 5 years, generously...let's see how much it might have cost to use Photoshop before the cloud...if we assume that each time you're paying $700 dollars for that one package. OK. $700 times 5 = $3,500. And if that's the only software you're planning on getting, because you're subscription and using the Cloud, you're now paying $11,500 more than you would have paid before. And this is talking legal purchases in all cases.

So now a software package which had already been cost prohibitive...becomes virtually impossible for the average user. How is that justifiable?

At this point, it's my fondest dream that Adobe inherits some serious competition. A software package that offers everything Adobe offers but far less expensively. They need to be uprooted as surely as they uprooted Quark, Macromedia, etc. It's too much of a monopoly, and they're getting away with murder.

So while I don't condone piracy, I surely can sympathize with the pirates and understand WHY they are doing this.

I totally agree. I am currently studying art & design in college and we need almost every software in the creative suit, but can we afford it? Absolutely not. And what do we do instead? We download a cracked copy. Almost every students in my design class didn't pay for their copy of the CS. Adobe makes it hard to continue studying in this field because they're overpricing every software they make. Of course, they have students plans, but it's still expensive for every month. I understand they're professional softwares, but for someone that is just starting in this field, it's almost impossible to pay that much for a software that you "can" instead get for "free". (Sorry for my bad english)

The way I see it, Adobe has just killed their market. Many of us want the security of not having our software stop working one day because we aren't able to pay, or because the internet goes down (by government edict or natural/mane made disaster).
Not that many of us want to be stuck paying $50 month for life just to use software. The intrusiveness of activation was bad enough, but cloud-based software with no alternative? Bring on the pirates!
