I'm looking for a way of producing a PDF-type file that will display content in a book style - like an electronic book, with nice things like TOC and turning pages.

It needs to run on XP, and needs to allow read-only and secured versions of the book to be distributed to end users, and preferrably the end-users should not need to install anything locally before opening the electronic books I distribute. (Also, ideally, it should be cheap!)

Can anyone help with any suggestions?
