Adware Problems

Hi, my computer has been infected with adware/malware which has significantly affected performance, almost locking it to a standstill. I have went through the step by step process to remove all of this and have attached the 3 .txt files as suggested. Can you please let me know if everything looks fine. Thank you so much.
