Hello, my friend bought a new AGP Graphics Card and he puts it into the slot.
When he turns the computer on, it boots up but it doesnt show on the screen. It just stays black and nothing shows up. But it says please check video cables.
When he takes it out and puts the original card he has back in, it is normal.
What can be the problem?

Computer Specs.
Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 2.8GHz 512KB L2 400FSB
Motherboard SiS651 chipset
Memory 256MB/333MHz DDR
Hard Disk Drive 40GB
