All drives are shared on Internet...

I have a big problem. All my drives C,D, E are shared on Internet...
aNyone who knows my ip can hack me.
I can't access to firewall.
I had this problem after trying to remove CoolWebSearch spyware.
Now all spyware are removed with the procedure given on this site (with HJK program and other tools).
Now I have an antivirus, I made a lot of scans and I don't have viruses.
When I try to remove shares on drive C, the property window of drive C shows me that this drive is not shared. But when I execute the command "net share", it shows me that all drives are shared...

And when I try to access to windows firewall, Xp doesn't want

If your computer has really been compromised then your only option is to format and reinstall ASAP.

You can disable the shared things by stopping the Server service.

Those are administrative shares, they're always there unless you specificaly disable them (via the registry if I'm not mistaken).
