    Though I'll believe it when I see it!

    In 1998 one of the major newspapers in Norway did a story on non-volatile memory, and how it would be released by the end of the year (according to the scientists)...

    We're now in 2003 and we're still waiting...

    I remember I read a rather interested article on 3 dimensional data crystals, and how they would be mainstream in 2005. :) This was back in 1999.


    Also, they said Serial ATA was going to be out "next year"... Well, it's good to see it NOW, I suppose.
