All of my games run on low fps

Hello everyone.
My pc specs:
6GB Ram
1GB AMD Radeon HD5420 Graphics card.

But still my games run on low fps as 10.
I really need some help.
please feel pity on me & help me.

First off, please clean your machine - excellent videos on YouTube and make sure you have a copy of your system/motherboard manuals.

You may wish to review performance of your video card against benchmarks, but I couldn't find it ... being precise when asking for help is really useful, you know.

Need full description of system. Maker, model number and version.

OS
Motherboard
CPU (plus frequency)
RAM (plus amount)
PSU (plus wattage)
GPU (plus amount VRAM)
Monitor(s)
Storage (types, sizes)

Also need list of key games you wish to play and at what speed (30, 40-50 or >60 fps) .

Please provide a rough idea of where you are and what you can afford. That way we won't recommend something that costs a year's income or requires transport through hostile territory.

You've apparently made a typo on the graphics card name, but all the cards with names similar to that are very slow and old and won't manage more than 10fps in a lot of games.

If the rest of the system is fairly new (5 years old or less) then you may get good performance with just a graphics card upgrade, otherwise you're probably looking at a new computer.
