All of my swf files are no longer working

  1. The swf files on my computer are no longer working. Suddenly, all of the flash compatible media players on my computer can no longer play swf files and I haven't a clue as to why.
Restarting my PC doesn't seem to help, so it appears that the problem isn't just going to go away on its own.

The players seem to be able to play all other files just fine, and the files appear to be readable by my internet browsers, but not any of my media players. It's strange, they were all working fine up until recently.

Anyone ever come up to a problem like this before?

Any chance of an infestation or two? What is the age of the computer and the media players...

I am just thinking of a chance. Maybe your players have upgraded using the net and are no longer compatible to older version of the swf files. Can that happen?
