alternative tv guide for Vista media center

    I have for the last 2 months been having trouble downloading my media guide in media center I keep getting error message 21 every time I try to get the guide. Nobody seems to have the answer to this problem including Microsoft. Does anybody know of any other guide that will work with the media center that I can download?
