Am I clean

I have followed your procedures, I dont have any of the problems I used with ishost.exe, isnotify.exe etc and also win??.tmp.exe files causing problems. Computer is running really slowly takes several minutes to reboot. Hijackthis and ewido logs attached.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Close control panel.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

ALCXMNTR.EXE
b9047dda.exe
RunApp.exe
MPPoker.exe

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [b9047dda.exe] C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\b9047dda.exe

O9 - Extra button: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\RunApp.exe

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\RunApp.exe

O9 - Extra button: Royal Vegas Poker - {FA4904B4-1FAF-4afd-886C-C19D2297BA62} - C:\Program Files\royalvegasMPP\MPPoker.exe

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{DE9E8F7F-D5CA-4323-A251-F0B8366E87F8}: NameServer = 203.0.178.191<only fix this, if it doesn`t belong to your ISP.

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files and/or directories(if there).

C:\Program Files\royalvegasMPP
C:\Program Files\PartyGaming
C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\b9047dda.exe
ALCXMNTR.EXE search your system for this file and delete all instances of it.

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

I notice ytou dont have an anti virus or firewall. You can Avg free eddition and zone alarm free

they work very well

Zone alarms

I was using zonealarm firewall, but just unistalled it, I noticed that file vsmon.exe was slowing down computer... any suggestions with this?
Will get AVG
