amd/intel speed comparison

    Depends on what you are looking to do with your computer if you want to use it for mainly games you are better of with AMD. 3500+ will usually compare to a 3.5GHz of a pentium 4 (even though they run at different clockspeeds) but if you look at the benchmarks they pretty much beat intel all the time when it comes to games.

    im definently going with amd then, 281$ for 3500 and for intel its 430$ for 3.6, this is newegg prices.

    and does any1 have some good benchmarks that i can look at?

    thx so much, wow its sad that it takes an intel chip thats over 1000$ to even get close to a 250$ amd chip, im looking at the 3500 :)

    Pair that cpu with a good graphics card and all your games will be blazing!!
