Annoying CiD Popups

Hi I need help with removing some adware virus from my computer, i am constantly getting CiD popups, and i have tried alot of different programs to remove it but nothing seems to be working. I have ran combofix on my pc and i have the report which i will attatch. any help would be so appreciated, besides doing a whole system recovery, not sure what else i can do.

Hi Again,
I went thru the 15 preliminery steps for removal and wanted to paste my logs for HiJackThis, ComboFix and AVG antispyware.
Still having those CiD popups even after spending a few hours working with the 15 steps. Any help would be great.

I also did the panda anti rootkit scan and it didnt find anything.
