Hello,
I have a user in the organization that has received several BSoDs in the past quarter. I DL'd Debugging Tools for Windows to try to analyze the dump files myself and noticed that 'win32k.sys' and 'ntkrnlpa.exe' came up in most of the dump files. I am new to analyzing dump files so I was wondering if I could get some assistance on how to fix the BSoD. Attached are the last five dump files for the past quarter.
Thanks.
MK
