Hi all, New to the forum.
Would like to get some help on the attached zipped mini-dump files if possibly. I keep getting a black screen and re-boot when i try to connect through Cisco VPN client to company network. Re-viewing the log file on Cisco client , i get connected and then lose it.
Below is the last error msg from the event viewer.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x53c696f5, 0x000000ff, 0x00000000, 0x8525603a). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini122606-05.dmp
Error code 100000d1, parameter1 53c696f5, parameter2 000000ff, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 8525603a.
I 've done some of the suggested to-do's Cleaned fans, memory sticks.
even ran dump in Dumpchk.exe , but don't know what I'm look at, couldn't find anything in called ExceptionAddress like shown in Microsoft.com article on Memory dump.
I've went to Microsoft update page and have gotten all updates for
windows xp -sp2
Any help , suggestions will be greatly appreciated. ___ TIA/ Jimmy
