Vista BSOD? / Not resuming from sleep

Well I got rid of the ESS driver firewall, and that fixed the problem for a while. Then the video card started acting up. It wont resume from sleep and the laptops screen stays black. If I click a little it will reboot on me, and probably is having a blue screen under the black. It reboots and I get this error. Oh and I have also tried getting new drivers and it is seemingly impossible. It's an acer aspire 5630, with nivida geforce go 7300. Nivida tells me to go to my laptops maker website, I go there and get the drivers for the 5680 which is apparently the driver for the 5630 (5630 vid drivers dont exist, only under the name 5680). Then I try to install, and it tells me im not using windows so it cannot install. So I go to laptop video to go, and the driver i get there, i think the forceware, pretty much gives me the same error, or updates to a new driver so damaged its ridiculous. Also I restored my driver to the factory default, and the problem with that is that the mouse is choppy and bugging all over the place.
