  1. Hi girls and boys

I´m 32 year old Antje from the Netherlands.

I found this forum as I was looking for a solution for my Dell Latitude D620 grey screan of death problem (service tag: 46V2T2J-595B).
As I bought it used and private, I can´t expect any help from Dell.

That´s big sh** as I did buy it for my boyfriend who has to go to hospital for at least 2 weeks over his birthday having a big operation.

I found out that there are a lot of people here with the same problem. I haven´t found a solution for my problem - only the ebay thing that costs 50€.

I could cry as I wanted do make my boyfriend a nice surprise for his not so nice time in hospital.

I tried to contact Rustam_ - the only guy I found here who seams to have the answers - but I don´t have enough posts to PM him.

Maybe one of you can help me - I don´t know what else I could do.

Greetings from old Europe - yours Antje

That´s true ! And 50€ for 1 minute of work is crazy.

I asked a russian friend too look on russian sites for a solution of my problem, maybe he finds a generator somewhere.

Now that would be good :grinthumb
Maybe they could do a raid on the perpetrator's business after the software on disc
Now that sounds like a high tech movie. Locating the 595 software
We need that software. And I need a big white fluffy cat :)

It seems Russia is the place where all this comes from
Please keep me informed. If you read the whole Dell thread you'll see my frustrations; for about a year now!
    Thanks No. 1

You know the name of the software we are looking for ?
That would make the search easier for my friend.

    Greetings Antje from Netherlands.

I´ll go snowboarding over the weekend and I´ll inform you on Tuesday if he found something.

All I know is that it's the 595B password generator
Current version C written about 8kb in size
So from that, you may be able to see why it's so hard to find :(
Really small, and just written in some code (probably just text in a notepad file!)

You have your orders, use all force necessary, and don't forget to get the beautiful girl at the end of your mission ;)
We are probably best to keep the lines silent now (seeming we're on a public forum, in the Introduce yourself forum at that  )

Good luck, and gods speed! At all costs, bring back the disk

That might be difficult considering she has a boyfriend.;)

My russian friend keeps trying to find that gernerator - untill now without success.
If anybody could PM me a shop where I can get a working master key for 595B ending service tag - please write me a private message.
