Any good password-management utilities? (XP)

  1. I'm drowning in a mix of scrambled uppercase, lowercase, letters, numbers and symbols here. Drowning, I tell you.

I'm looking for one of those apps that remembers them all for you, and even enters them into webpages for you when you hit a preset key combination, e.g Ctrl. X.

Now, these are passwords, mind you. The program should be encrypted and secure. And preferably of a small size, so I can install it on a thumbdrive.

    Any suggestions?

Pretty much all browsers come with a (security depends on browser/OS) password store. Mind you, when something happens to that password store, you are screwed, because you don't remember a single password anymore :D

You need a program that allows you to back up the password store and does not depend on the specific installation.
