Any Video Screenshot utilities available?

What's up guys, I was wondering if there's any way or program available to capture a screenshot with visible hardware accelerated video playing on the 32bit Winxp desktop.

FRAPs is a good program. The free version might not be the best, but the real FRAPs is pretty decent.
