I don't like stuff like that personally. Just takes space and doesn't do much in my eyes.

Note:

Change hundreds of registry settings from Windows XP

Beware Making changes in registry can cause system malfunction.

Also this isnt made by Microsoft so it could come with loads of spyware, however it might not.
