I am interested in the aforementioned laptop. It possesses and attractive array of features, while at the same time a low price. The model I am looking at has: 2.8GHz P4(533FSB I presume), 512 MB Ram, 40 GB H/D, DVD/CD-RW, 64MB Radeon 9700, Wireless 802.11g, Windows XP Pro and 15.4" widescreen lcd. All for $1710 Canadian. A comparably priced Toshiba unit comes with the Radeon 9000 and XP Home. Is there a reason to why the Acer is cheaper? Or does Toshiba like to mark things up? I will probably buy the Acer unit, but I just want to be sure.
