AOL connectivity error 46-NPQE

[ATL tech]

Im having this error connecting Dialup on 56k modem, the modem does work however AOL will not im using v9.0 optimized. When i was using 8.0 i could eventually connect, about three attempts, (the access number was not the problem) i did try a repair on AOL connectivity and have had no results can anyone help?

Could you please provide more extensive details on the error that you experience? Also provide details of any abnormal occurrences, if any, ongoing in your system.
