Apollo Expert UX 500 GB error code 10

Hi,

I just bought an Apollo Expert UX Portable USB hard drive but could not use it. Errors occured during the process of installation. Upon checking, it indicates that theres a error of code 10. May i know how do i solve this? Much appreciation for help. Thanks.

Anyway, im using Windows XP, SP3. Hope that is useful..
